In the spotlight
The most important quality in a financial planner is:
Honesty, integrity, and treating clients like you would a friend or family member.
My approach to explaining complex financial topics is:
To simplify them as much as possible and always relate them back to what the client wants to achieve. Most clients have straightforward and achievable financial objectives; it’s about showing them the correct path and putting a plan in place.
The three small things that make my day better are:
Coffee, walking my dog, and getting up early.
