In the spotlight
What makes a great client-adviser relationship is:
Transparency. Transparency helps to build trust, and it needs to be from both sides. We can’t expect clients to give us all of their personal information, opinions, and long-term objectives if we’re not willing to be as open with our own lives in return.
What do you think best describes the types of clients you advise?
I pride myself at being a true “all-rounder” and can help clients accumulate wealth, protect wealth, and, ultimately, decide the best way to spend their wealth during their lifetime.
A skill I’d love to master is:
A second language. This is so far outside my comfort zone and doesn’t exactly go hand-in-hand with a typical Brummie/Black Country accent, but I’m truly jealous of people able to speak another language fluently.
