Get to know Andrew
Andrew was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in 2025, having joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer of the Group’s parent company in January 2024. Andrew’s previous roles include Group Chief Financial Officer of Tysers Insurance Brokers, a private equity-backed leading wholesale specialist insurance business, and Group Finance Director of both Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC, a FTSE 250 listed wealth manager, and Evolution Group PLC, a UK-listed investment banking and wealth management group.
Prior to this, Andrew spent 15 years in investment banking, including senior finance roles at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank. A Chartered Accountant, Andrew is also a Non-Executive Director of Baillie Gifford UK Growth Trust PLC, a London-listed investment trust, and was previously a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of The Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
