If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund.

You should contact us by email within 7 days of receipt.  We will then issue a returns reference and details of how to return the goods to us.  

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and a deduction from the refund total may be made if the goods cannot be resold as new.  We suggest that you return the goods using a signed-for service as Argentis Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns sent. 

All items must be returned, unworn, in the gift box received together with the original packing slip.

All sales of intrusive jewellery (e.g. earrings and body jewellery) are final, for hygienic reasons and cannot be returned except for the following reasons:

·       the item was received damaged. 

·       the incorrect item was dispatched

If one of these cases applies, please follow the returns policy as set out above.

Any refunds granted will only be credited to the original credit/debit card.
