We usually use the universal, metric sizing for our rings.
However, you can easily convert the UK letters sizes to metric. The most accurate way to find your ring size is to measure a ring that fits (or get your local jeweller to do this for you) Alternatively, use a piece of paper and wrap it snugly around the finger that you wish to size. Then, mark the paper with a pencil and measure the paper with a ruler. The circumference of you finger is the metric size of the ring you will need. You can now easily convert this to the UK (wheatsheaf) size using the guide below. C - 40
